Gettysburg Post Triathlon

This is a statue of Father Corby, a chaplain in the Civil War. This statue's nickname is "Fair Catch Corby", so I made Jason pretend like he was catching a football.

This is the exact location where Major General Daniel Sickles was shot in his right leg which was amputated. He lived and his bones are currently on display at the National Museum of Health and Medicine. This is Wendi reenacting this soldier.

Pictures of Gettysburg battlefield.

Whoa these are some great pictures! Too bad we didn't get to see more when we were with you. There is a National Museum of Health and Medicine? And they have someone's actual bones on display??? How weird... and a little bit cool...
